[justify]A proposta de emenda constitucional, encurtada pela sigla [b]PEC[/b], é uma modificação imposta nos textos presentes em documentos legislativos que regulamenta a Força Brasileira Revolucionária após a sua publicação nas Transparências. É o processo que garante as leis sejam modificadas em partes, para se adaptar e permanecer atualizada diante de necessidades que aparecem com o tempo. Após a apresentação nesse tópico, ela chegará à Corregedoria para ser analisada e votada para aprovação ou não, onde pode perdurar vinte e quatro a noventa e seis horas para o resultado. Lembrando que a emenda depende do resultado da votação que seja maioria a favor no órgão jurídico e deve respeitar as limitações de qual efeito pode surtir: [b]adição[/b], [b]remoção [/b]e [b]edição[/b] de algum artigo, capítulo e/ou título. Afora, precisa apresentar corretamente com o código BBCode sem erros e formatação correta, caso contraio, é indeferido de imediato sem aviso.
